Purchase and Sale Agreement: Buyers are required to sign a standard purchase agreement, that includes the primary terms set forth in herein.
Payment Methods: To avoid check clearing delays, cash or wire transfers are preferred for deposits, options fees, and purchase prices. Certified bank checks and 3rd party financing checks are also accepted, however the vehicle will not be released until these funds have cleared. Credit cards are not accepted.
Registration Fees and Taxes: New Jersey residents must pay 7% sales tax, which will be remitted to the State by the Seller. Out of State Buyers are responsible to file for and pay sale or any other applicable taxes in their home State. Buyers will be provided with documentation to transfer title, however are responsible for going to their local DMV office and paying all registration and titling fees.
Warranties: Buyers may be entitled to the remainder of any factory warranty (if any). See the applicable warranty manual for a full explanation of warranty coverage, exclusions, and the manufacturer's repair obligations.

Shipping: All vehicles will be available for pickup from either New York City or Northern New Jersey. We will cooperate with Buyer's efforts to ship vehicle, however Buyer is responsible for all shipping arrangements and costs. We have sold cars to both domestic and overseas Buyers, and can provide you with referrals for shipping fee quotes. Our prices are so competitive that shipping fees are usually not an issue.
